The apartment was bright, warm and quiet, with an excellent view of Todorka Peak and the Pirin mountains. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and I really liked the sauna and pool. The location is excellent, right across from the slope to the gondola, so it was effectively ski in-ski out.
It's a good place, but there was no service at all. Nobody came to clear even the trash for three days. The pool was cold and didn't feel pleasant after a day on the slopes.
The location is fantastic, right next to the ski road and a few hundred meters from the heart of Basnko. You get the best of both worlds, peace and quiet as well as party nightlife.
The apartment was roomy and had plenty of equipment, though a few tea bags and instant coffee sachets would have been a welcome extra. What surprised me was having to make our own bed at night because there was no sheet on the duvet. Construction nearby also meant noise early in the morning. The welcome was the highlight: the man who checked us in on 26 August was incredibly kind and did everything he could to make sure we were happy. The woman at checkout on 27 August was the opposite, unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. A big thank you to that lovely man.
A really well-situated apartment hotel for both summer and winter. In ski season, the road to the slopes is close by, so you can almost ski out: just cross the road and put your skis on.
