A real disaster. They confirmed the apartment when I booked four months ahead, then cancelled, saying they were overbooked. This was the worst reservation experience I've had, and people should be careful when booking these apartments. They acted very unprofessionally, offering another place that was already sold out, then a second option through Booking at a 40% higher price. Finally, they claimed they had no reservation, even though they'd sent a cancellation request through Booking. This is the kind of situation lawyers would be glad to take on.

The location is great, close to the main high street and all its shops and bars. My package included transfers to and from the gondola, and they never let me down. The rooms were clean and really well equipped. Everyone was friendly, especially Nadia at reception, who was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

A peaceful place in a perfect spot. Pubs, restaurants, the gondola, everything is a 3-5 minute walk away.
