The apartments have plenty of room for two to four people, and you can park for free if you arrive by car. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby, including a kosher restaurant across the road. The hotel is close to the Gondola and runs a shuttle there and back. The food was good and the spa was nice, but the friendly, helpful staff and management really made the stay. It’s close to restaurants and bars, yet away from the noise. I’d recommend it.

The hotel was comfortable and well kept, but it was the people who made my stay. Everyone I dealt with was kind, patient, and understanding, and made me feel welcome and at ease. They clearly take pride in looking after guests. I’d happily stay again. A big thank you to the whole team.

We’d gladly come back. The spa was lovely, with three saunas: a regular one, a hammam, and a salt sauna. The pool isn’t deep, but it’s fine for relaxing and great for kids. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and a small change in the selection each day. Our room was clean, cozy, and nice, and the staff were kind.

The hotel runs transport to and from the Gondola, which is handy, and it’s also close to the main road. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, with warm and welcoming staff. A good fit for families looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful.

Elegant Lux is a lovely place, with a pleasant atmosphere and really nice staff. A few things could use repairs, but it’s still a fab hotel. The shuttlebus to the gondela is great, and the hotel is close to the gondela anyway.
