The upper lodgings have been newly renovated and are nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen as well. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the main street. The landlady was fair and friendly, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The owners also run a ski wardrobe with good-quality ski and snowboard gear, right outside the gondola lift, which is very handy. The guest house itself is within walking distance of the main road, with tidy, warm rooms to come back to after a long day on the slopes. There’s a small garden and restaurant area too, and both breakfast and dinner are well worth having. I’ve stayed here for three winters in a row and it hasn’t disappointed. Good value for money, and worth a visit.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the people are friendly. Our setup had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a room between them with a small kitchen and space for suitcases. The garden is cozy and well looked after, and the mountain view is incredible. Lovely people and views, I’d recommend it.

After a full day on the slopes, it was great to have a shared kitchen and lounge area where our group could sit and chat. The women who own the place are wonderful, and I’d especially recommend eating there. They cook some really good meals.
