The reception team made everything easy. They were polite, quick to respond, and ready to help whenever I had a question. I also liked the restaurants, with tasty food and plenty of choices, and the service was friendly and professional each time. My room was spotless and clearly well cared for, which helped me settle in straight away. The spa was another highlight, clean, calm, and well organized. I had a wonderful stay at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade, and the hotel also left thoughtful birthday surprises for me during our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, handled our requests quickly, and often did more than we expected. Our family had plenty of space in the comfortable room, which had everything we needed. The spa was very clean, and we saw staff looking after it regularly. We visited on weekday off-season dates, so we had the spa and pool almost to ourselves. It was a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back.

The pool and spa were lovely places to unwind, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with stunning views. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Ulia from the SPA deserves a special mention. The food was exquisite, with lots of high-quality options, and every detail felt carefully looked after. A truly outstanding 5-star stay. I’ll definitely return.

We were traveling by motorcycle, and the staff kindly let us use their private garage, which made us feel much more secure. They were polite and helpful throughout. The spa is among the best I’ve experienced in the area. I’ve been coming here to snowboard since 2008 and have stayed at many hotels, so that’s saying something. The 11°C cold pool was a refreshing touch, and the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

We felt the care in all the little details, from the owners and staff alike. Everyone was kind, attentive, and quick to help with a smile. The hotel felt calm and welcoming for families, and both children and adults could relax. Each evening came with a complimentary sweet treat. On New Year’s Eve, we got a chocolate Christmas tree with a lovely New Year’s wish, a thoughtful festive touch. I also had several massages in the excellent spa, and each one was professional and deeply relaxing. A high-quality family break, and we'll definitely return.
