There’s room to make breakfast or coffee, and to have dinner too. You can cook yourself or order from the nearby place, where the food was really delicious and reasonably priced. The owner was very friendly, and the place felt clean, warm, and cosy.

I’ve been coming to this guest house for two years, but the bathroom water pressure still hasn’t been fixed. It’s so weak that washing is difficult, and at first it’s hard to work out how to adjust the hot and cold water in the shower. The jacuzzi was covered and closed, even though the weather was perfect. For the price, it’s disappointing that breakfast isn’t offered, and the place needs to put some money into maintenance and issues that have probably been around for more than two years. There are some positives: the owners are friendly, and the guest house is close to the mineral water pool, right by the great restaurant Pirin, and very near the town center. But during our eight-day stay, someone cleaned the room only once. The pillows were much too high and uncomfortable, and I had neck pain the whole time. I made a makeshift pillow that worked better, since there were no other pillows available. One bed was also broken on the side.

The rooms were good and the internet was fast. The housekeepers were very friendly too. A very nice place.

When we called to say our car had broken down in the village of Banya, the hosts came to pick us up right away. They welcomed us with herbal tea and made us feel at home in a cosy, friendly setting. The rooms were spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and very well heated. Many thanks to the hosts of guest house "Mira". We’d happily stay with them again in any season.
