The heating system can’t be controlled, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. From arrival, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff were unfriendly, ironic, and unhelpful, and check-in was a hassle. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Panorama is separate, but there are also apartments under the old complex name, Mountain Dream. They’re individually owned. Some owners live there, some use them as holiday homes, and others rent them out individually through various platforms.

We paid for two nights but left after the first because it was that bad. The SPA was cold, as the thermal photos of the pool compared with the floor heating show. Internet in the room was cable only, with nowhere to plug it into a phone. The power sockets were sticking out of the wall, the sheets weren’t clean, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The restaurant food was bad, and my girlfriend spent the next day in the WC because of it. The dishes weren’t clean either, and the coffee machine and water dispenser were out of order. The TV was an old CRT model with no way to change the aspect ratio, and all the changes were 16:9. I really can’t say anything good about the place.

A complete disaster: the rooms, pool, and jacuzzi were extremely dirty, the staff were rude, and the food was bad. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Catastrophic hotel. The pool water is cold, the sheets aren’t clean, and one key opens more than one door. I’ll never come back here.
