Late check-in was easy, even at night, and the staff were friendly. The place was quiet, with a big room, kitchen, and balcony. It had everything I needed to feel at home, and they cleaned every day.

The apartment was spotless and spacious, with a great view of the mountain and ski runs. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the gondola, and they run shuttles there daily as well as to sofia.

The family running this place made us feel welcome and looked after from the start. Our apartment was comfortable and had all we needed. We’d happily book here again on our next trip to Bansko.

The room had a nice view and plenty of space, and the staff were friendly, but communication in English was very limited. I was also asked to pay twice for something I’d already paid for, without being shown a receipt at first. The kitchen utensils were falling apart. Wi-Fi in my room was very weak and only worked about half the time. With more than two people online, even a 144p YouTube video buffered so much I gave up on a three-minute clip. The shower leaked a little onto the bathroom floor.
