Oasis Guest House

The host was very polite and lit the fireplace for us every morning. The house was cozy, clean, and stocked to meet the needs of 18 people plus 2 kids. It’s a 5-7 mins walk to the city center, restaurants and spa. Highly recommend.

We booked rooms for 11 people and paid extra for a shared kitchen and common area, but were given four rooms with double beds. Three rooms had pullout sofas that might fit a child, but weren’t big enough for adults. It was cold in the rooms, and hot water was missing most of the time. The power kept failing, and we were told the installation couldn’t support both the boilers and the stove, so we had to choose between showering and cooking. Even though we paid for the common space, the host kept checking on us and seemed unhappy to see us there. After day two, every interaction became a small argument, then a major one where the hosts falsely accused us of things we hadn’t done. The electrical installation turned out to be so badly done that it was actually dangerous for guests. The place looked good at first, but the stay was awful. Worst place I’ve ever been to. Never go there!

A small, cozy place with a very clean feel. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice breakfast and coffee available. I’ll definitely visit again.

The rooms were clean, the yard was lovely, and the hosts were very nice. We were there for a company event, though, and they didn’t give us an invoice.
