The apartment is ideally located, an easy walk of no more than 10 minutes to any important place in the city. There's also a well-equipped kids' playroom. Raya is the most polite and helpful host you could hope for, always ready to help with whatever you need.

Raya is so welcoming and helpful. The wellness centre is spotless and well maintained, with candles and a relaxing feel to it. Just right for unwinding after a hard day on the slopes. Thanks to Raya and the team. We'll definitely be back!

The hospitality really made our stay. Whenever we needed something, they found a way to help. My friends and I spent nearly a week there to go snowboarding, and this little apartment was a great find. The room was lovely and clean, with ski gear storage, and the gondola was only about a 10-minute walk away. Thanks!

The resort had been upgraded before 2011, with 500 million NOK invested. Bansko is said to be a newer ski destination than Borovets, and we found it offered a lot, especially with its modern equipment and low prices.

The owner, Raya, was the most professional and caring host I’ve ever met. My friends and I chose St. Anastasia Apartment in Bansko for its location, strong reviews, spa, kitchen and ping-pong table, and we were happy with that choice. But her help is what made the stay special. She sorted out every problem we ran into, especially when I lost my ID on the last day. Without her help, I don’t think I could have got home. She helped straight away and clearly cares a lot about her guests and her work. Even with the ID mishap, I had a wonderful time in Bansko thanks to Raya. I’ll stay at her apartment again when I return.
