The service was poor. There was no room cleaning, the beds weren’t made, and towels weren’t changed. Hot water for showering was very limited.

The location is great.

We booked because the place advertised a pool and sauna. On arrival, we were told both were closed for the whole season due to technical problems.

8/10
The rooms felt warm and comfortable, and there was a gym and sauna too. The pool was our favourite part, so we had a good stay.

4/10
The service leaves a lot to be desired. The place also seemed neglected and wasn't cleaned properly.
