Regnum Banya Thermal Hotel

After skiing, we made good use of the warm pools, sauna, and available massage services. The rooms have plenty of storage, handy for winter gear, and housekeeping kept them in excellent shape. The hotel feels new, clean, and fresh throughout. Breakfast had a good selection, too. We were very satisfied, especially for the price.

The water and accommodation might be the best near the Bansko aeria. It's a lovely, quiet place, and the staff were great with everything. The only small snag was getting to the facilities by elevator, since there isn't one and we had to wait a bit. Still, everything was fine and we didn't mind. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great nine-day stay, with five-star cleanliness, rooms, food, pool, and sauna. Reception and housekeeping were polite and helpful, and the hotel was good value for the price. The waiters were the weak point. They didn't make the place feel welcoming, and not one of them smiled at us during all nine days. We've worked in hospitality ourselves, so we noticed the service could use more politeness.

The restaurant was pleasant, with good service and a fine breakfast. The rooms are clean and equipped with a minibar and tea and coffee facilities, though they're not especially large. Tea and coffee were supplied on check-in day only, with no refills afterward. They also missed replacing our spa wardrobe, but fixed it as soon as we asked. The pools aren't heated, so they're unusable in cold winter weather. It's a nice hotel and good value, with a few things to improve.
