For a budget overnight stop in Blagoevgrad, this turned out much better than I expected. The location was ideal, close to the bus and train station and town centre, yet still quiet. My room was great, the food was good, and the staff were lovely. Everything worked perfectly for me.

The location is very convenient, with the high street and bus station nearby and cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The place is clean and pleasant, and the rooms have AC. It is a little dated, with a couple of things that could use refurbishment, but for the price it's well worth it.

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff are really friendly too. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It's a small hotel in a quiet neighborhood, but most of the reception staff aren't friendly. When I asked to pay by card, one receptionist said the device was broken, then a colleague said a few hours later that it had been working the whole time. You have to push to get a receipt. The bathrooms could be cleaned much better.

The restaurant was good, but service there was very slow. In the room, things were only okay: it was dark and not very clean, with dirty socks and lots of dust under the mattress. The worst part was cigarette smoke constantly coming into the room from the hallway through the gap beneath the door. If you don't smoke, look elsewhere.
