The room was pretty nice for the nightly price, but the bathroom was extremely small, under 2 square meters, and really uncomfortable. That may have just been our room. In the morning the receptionist we met was polite and nice. After a certain hour there isn't a receptionist on duty, and the parking guard is left to check you in, which wouldn't be an issue if he could answer our questions. The worst part was being told to leave the room key at reception whenever we went out, even when we weren't checking out. For just 1-2 nights in Blagoevgrad, the hotel could work, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

One of the two rooms we used was much better than the other. The smaller one, including its bathroom, barely left room to move and felt unnecessarily cramped. Still, you get what you pay for, and I'd recommend it on that basis.

The room was clean, but the bed was really bad. Trains were so noisy I couldn't sleep.

They were good about being flexible with their offers and prices, and the service was good too.
