The rooms were just okay, and mine had a really bad smell. I booked a large bed but ended up with two separate twins. There’s no elevator, though with so few floors that didn’t matter much to me. One thing to know is they only take cash. I tend to rate places generously, but this was merely decent, not the 3-4 star stay described on Booking.com. From my experience in Bulgaria, I’d pick a guesthouse over a hotel.

The wedding party was lovely, and this seems like a nice spot for a family celebration or a get-together with friends. It was a bit hot, though. Thanks!

We stopped here for short stays while passing through, and the staff at reception were very helpful. The manager was also great to communicate with by email. Thanks for everything, see you again next year 😊😊

The restaurant serves teams three meals a day, and outside guests can order from its menu. The food is average and not especially inventive, but there’s enough to eat. The afternoon snack isn’t exactly healthy, and potatoes show up in nearly every meal, so it’s worth choosing ahead. At 10 PM the restaurant and outdoor dining area close, even if you’re well over 18. This is a sports venue hotel, mainly used by teams. The rooms are roomy and pleasant, and the bathrooms are large and clean. If you run out of toilet paper, you have to ask at the restaurant or reception, then walk back carrying the roll. There’s a large parking lot and a big outdoor restaurant area. But no elevator, which is a serious hassle when you’re taking sports gear up and down several times a day. One ball over four floors might be manageable, but carrying 25 balls, a hockey bag, or lots of luggage up a hot, non-air-conditioned stairwell is another matter. A ground-floor locker or storage room could help, as could air conditioning in the shared spaces.
