10/10
Nice, quiet place with friendly staff and a great location between the seaside and the center. Everything you need is within walking distance. But don't go to the restaurant. It's separate from the hotel, and the difference is huge. When someone walks in, the restaurant staff act like, “Oh no, better go somewhere else.” They're very lazy and unfriendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and good. The location was good too.

The city is small and easy to get around on foot. From the hotel, it's just a couple of minutes to the shore or the city center, and the south bus terminal is close by too. Staff were OK. There was a cafe restaurant on the ground floor and a supermarket nearby, but no kettle or free water in the room.

The rooms facing East are quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is small but nice, with hot water 24/7, and the staff are welcoming and smiley. The hotel is downtown, three minutes from the main pedestrian street and within walking distance of the port area, Burgas municipality, and the shopping streets. Great value for money.

8/10
I was nervous after seeing some bad reviews, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. It was generally clean, apart from a few dead flies, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Checkout at 12 was great because I could sleep in. For the price, I'd recommend it. The location is great too.
