The manager dismissed my concerns and refused to accept responsibility, even with clear evidence. The apartment was filthy, with blood on the sheets and dirt all over the floors, and the elevator can't be relied on. Their claims about cleanliness are completely false. This was a terrible experience, and the property was unsafe and misrepresented. Avoid it at all costs.

I booked 7 nights and didn't even stay one, but the place was filthy and they refused to refund me. The owner is a scammer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

After I booked through Expedia or another platform, they called to say they couldn't host me because the rate was incorrect. They offered no help, refund, or support, and I lost my money. Be careful, they're scammers. It's the cheaters at sunny sands studio - Burgas. They also replied to my Trip advisor review with a false claim that the rate was 20 EU. It was 30 EU, and that wasn't my mistake. If they thought the rate was underestimated, that was their error. They should have tried to work it out instead of being rude on the phone and in their reply. AGAIN, BE AWARE OF SUNNY SANDS STUDIOS!

The location is stunning, with the blue flag beach just a 2 minute walk away. Our studio was spacious and had all the comforts of home, including a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, and balcony. There was wifi, TV, and private parking too. The owners did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thank you!

Everything was fine, no problems. The owners were very helpful, and you're close to everything: bus, supermarket, bakery, and chemist.
