My phone was stolen from the room by the cleaners. I spent a couple of hours searching and asking about cameras, then remembered to check Find My iPhone. It was near Sofia, and it’s still gone. The hotel didn’t help, and neither did the police when I called them.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and Clara hotel is in a perfect spot. Everyone was friendly, and Damian was especially helpful. It was our first time at The Clara Hotel, and my family and I had a really nice time. A big thanks to the animation team, especially the two girls. Robert was so happy playing in the kids room 😍 We hope to come back someday ☺️

There’s plenty to keep the kids busy, from the kids entertainer and private play park to the toddlers room and cinema room. For grown-ups, the food is good and the craic is great, so you’re sure to have a good time. The Clara is a fantastic family-friendly hotel close to the beach, with live bands from all over Ireland. The food is really nice too, and breakfast has Irish sausages and bacon.

We had three young children with us, and they loved the pool slide, play park, kiddies club activities, and singing and dancing in the evenings with Alex and Christo. Those two are lovely fellas and good wee movers too, lol. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and Clara runs trips every day. I’d recommend the waterpark and Sunny Beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that came in handy at 34*. Just home from a fabulous family holiday. The hotel’s in a quiet area and is very family friendly. Hope to see you all next year x

The hotel helped us arrange day trips, and the food, service and entertainment were brilliant. I spent 7 days there with my girlfriend and had a very enjoyable stay. I’d recommend The Clara Hotel to Irish and UK families heading to Bulgaria.
