The staff were such lovely people, and I had a very pleasant stay. My room was clean, well cared for, and had its own bathroom. If you want to support the place more directly, you can book with them instead of using booking sites, which charge hefty fees.

Avoid this place. I postponed a reservation for personal reasons, and they sent me an insulting email calling me a liar. They’re uncivilized people who still have a lot to learn about traveling.

The apartments are really just rooms with balconies. Hot water feels like a privilege, and if you arrive late, you have to wait for it.

The best spot in Byala to unwind.
