The water is unique, and the hotel itself is clean and cozy. Staff are kind and helpful, and the procedures use modern equipment. Special thanks to the physiotherapist, an exceptional professional.

It feels so pleasant here, with a lovely atmosphere and wonderful communication between people. The hotel is quiet and clean, the rooms are cozy, and restaurant service is very good. I’m already looking forward to my next vacation in Belenski Bani!!

We first stayed in Bedenski Mineralni Bani two years ago, and came back for a second time this month, May 2025. We’re satisfied. It’s clean and modest, and the staff are very friendly. The food is good. This isn’t a five-star hotel, and they don’t claim it is; prices are quite reasonably low for its category. The pool and jacuzzi are both small, and the highly mineralized water is strong, so you can only stay in them briefly, up to 15 minutes in the pool. The parking lot is small too, though you can leave cars down on the road widening. Across the river there’s a spring, a beach and a small campsite. Nearby places to visit include Shiroka Laka, Devin, Smolyan, Snezhanka Trigrad and the caves. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
