Sea Fort Club Complex

I own an apartment here, and the setting is a lovely mix of mountain and sea air, forests and sea views. Fort Noks Grand Resort is a large residential complex on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, between Sveti Vlas and Elenite, beside a secluded beach. Sea Fort Club sits on a hill near the sea and forest, with views over Sunny Beach Bay. My apartment has a panoramic view across Sunny Beach and Nessebar Bay. The complexes are a 3-5 minute walk from the sea, and the location works for a quiet family holiday or more active tourism. There is a lot of infrastructure in the complex: a restaurant serving Bulgarian and European food, grocery and beach-accessory shops, outdoor fitness, Wi-Fi, a SPA, kids club, bike rental, hairdresser, massage, health center and exchange office. There are also playgrounds with swings and slides, free parking for owners and guests, and 17 swimming pools for children and adults, including a wave pool, a slide pool and a jacuzzi. Lifeguards are at all pools, and the pool loungers are free. Other facilities include two floodlit tennis courts/football fields, mini golf, and broad recreation areas with lawns, trees and flower beds. Buses and taxis make Sunny Beach easy to reach. The Aquapark in Elenite and the Marina in Saint Vlas are within walking distance.

The sea is an easy walk away, and the beaches are clean. There are pools, a barbecue area and beautifully cared-for grounds. It's a luxurious complex with a stunning view, and everything is very well maintained.

If you're after a break from everyday noise, this is a good spot. The complex is tucked into a forested hill, with views of the pools, the sea and Nessebar. There are plenty of pools, and the nearby beach makes the property practical as well as intimate. I highly recommend it.

I have a studio apartment for rent at Fort Knox Grand Resort, with space for two. The complex is set among mountains and forests, with sea air, and Sveti Vlas is nearby. It's a lovely setting for a comfortable vacation. The apartment is available from October 1st. From October through April, the price is €250, plus electricity and water bills. Internet can be arranged if needed, with the price depending on what you need. The refundable security deposit is €150, returned when you leave the apartment in its original condition.
