Bad weather meant we couldn’t make use of all the facilities, which was a shame. Still, the place is cozy and has that old rural feel, and it’s not far from Tarnovo or Gorna Oryahovitsa. The host was relaxed and pointed us toward some local shops. I’d recommend it, but let the host know before booking if you have fur allergies, we didn’t think to mention ours.

A lovely spot near Veliko Tarnovo. It would work really well for a big family holiday or a team-building event.

For 900lv for three nights, quite a few things were disappointing. The toilets in the house were dirty and smelled awful, the grill was dirty too, and the yard gate wouldn’t lock. The sauna wasn’t working, and there was no way to light a fireplace or any other fire. The kitchen utensils were extremely worn and basic for a place where guests are expected to cook. Also, the summer kitchen lights couldn’t be switched off automatically at 3am, there’s no music so you have to bring your own, and checkout is at 11am the next day. The house itself is cozy and warm, with a Renaissance style, and could suit people looking for complete quiet and privacy. There are large fridges, table football, and a football field as well.

The spacious yard is great for playing games, and the house has a distinctive style with a cozy feel. A peaceful place to unwind and spend time with good friends.

The bedrooms are comfortable, and the pool is lovely. In the yard, though, I missed having some upholstered seating to relax on. It’s all wooden benches.
