It's very quiet here, with only birds to hear, and there's a huge, well-kept green lawn. The guest house sits in the mountains near V. Turnovo, with a great view of the nearby lake. The rooms are OK, and there are cooking facilities and good amenities for a big group of friends. A great spot for a birthday or another celebration, and highly recommended.

The rooms were nice, the pool was a good size, and the sitting and dining space was roomy. Beyond that, our weekend renting the whole house was a disappointment. We booked after seeing how good it looked on Facebook; the only negative Google review we found was a year old, so we assumed the owners might have addressed it. Apparently not. The owners were there constantly, watching what was going on and interfering. The outdoor toilet wasn't fully usable, and there were restrictions on using it. All the toilets inside had plumbing problems too. Instead of flush buttons, they had light switches, and the water kept running and mixing without pressure, so we had to flush with the bucket provided. Two of our children were extremely distressed. The house needs more modern amenities.

There's a lovely terrace and cooking facilities, and the lawn is beautiful. The place is close to a lake, with biking trails nearby, and would suit a large group spending the weekend together.
