The staff were very kind, and the bedrooms were clean. We arrived at 1 am and they waited for us, even though the language barrier made it hard to understand each other. Breakfast was good, and it’s pet friendly.

The price for the quality may be the best around Tarnovo, and we’ll definitely come back. We barely had time to use the facilities, which was a shame, but the rooms were spacious, tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help.

The staff were friendly, and the food wasn't really bad. But the room and pool were nowhere near what I expected. I'd only suggest staying here for work, if you need a shower and a place to do your job before leaving.

The breakfast could be better, and noise gets through some of the windows, so a few rooms are quite noisy. Still, some rooms are spacious and cozy. The hotel is right in the center, close to restaurants and supermarkets, and has private parking.

The room felt cozy, and everything else was nice. The staff were really friendly and helped me sort out an issue with paying by card.
