The people serving us were friendly, and the restaurant could work if you just want a drink somewhere calm. For a meal, though, it was disappointing. The food was average, portions were small, and prices were above average. Most of it seemed to be deeply frozen food heated over the barbecue. I suspect the lower quality could be down to modest footfall and management focusing on profit over customer satisfaction.

The women on staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The main problem was the price. It felt far too high compared with other nearby hotels, especially given the outdated, dirty room and what was offered. There’s no elevator, the floor in the room is crooked, and breakfast had only one option because the cook wasn’t there. The bread tasted moldy. It also wasn’t really a spa center. There was a jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, but no swimming pool, and it was much smaller than the spas at other hotels.

The polite staff and comfortable rooms make this a good small hotel in central Hisarya. The rooms are rather small, and the hotel could use renovation. Its SPA is small too, but fine for the size of the hotel. Breakfast is a bit poor. It’s right by a park and a hot mineral water spring, and there’s also a bike rental service.

The location is perfect, the hotel is nice and the staff are really nice too. The SPA is small but very pleasant. Just be aware there’s no elevator and you can’t pay by card.
