The staff were especially warm and attentive. It’s a cozy hotel that’s lovingly looked after and spotlessly clean. I’d happily recommend it to travelers exploring the area.

The hotel is very close to the city center, and the restaurant serves really tasty food. The staff are nice. There’s a pool and a spa center, though the pool wasn’t the cleanest. I didn’t visit the spa, so I can’t comment on it.

Right in the center of Kardzhali, with a large private outdoor parking area and an outdoor swimming pool that’s also open to daily users. The hotel is clean and pleasant, the staff are kind, and both the indoor and outdoor restaurants are large and good quality. Prices at the hotel and restaurant are normal.

The pool is good, and the lifeguard is a good man. Breakfast is included and good, the food is tasty and cheap, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager is a cool woman and very helpful too. Only about one in ten people speak English, and the food can take a long time to arrive. Getting here takes four hours by coach from Sofia, and there’s no train service. I’d recommend this hotel.
