The pool was large and clean, and the sea was clean and only five minutes away. Our room was fairly clean too, with comfortable mattresses and new pillows. But the food was stale, and the noise was awful: people sang and played music in the lobby at night, while Bulgarian children ran around late, played board games, and made noise by the pool. Staff did nothing, even after I complained. Food arrangements and the hotel's rules raised serious questions for me. This was my first trip to Bulgaria, and this hotel left me with a very bad impression. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

My daughter arrived on 15th July, and the room's air conditioning wasn't working. She reported it to reception every day, but by 19th July there still hadn't been any repair or action. I finally called the hotel myself, and they got it fixed. Would they have done anything without me stepping in?

The bathrooms are awful. While brushing my teeth, I could feel a urine smell coming down from the room above. The rooms themselves are filthy, and the blankets seem to be used without being cleaned. This place isn't even worth one star, let alone two or three. Nothing about this hotel is any good. The owners are scoundrels, and the Heliuronova doll is spiteful.
