For the price, this little family hotel is good value. It’s in a handy spot in Kiten, and my room was clean, cozy and well air-conditioned. Guests also have free WiFi in the rooms.

The location is hard to beat, with the main street just a minute away and the south beach about six minutes on foot. There’s free parking in front of the property, too. The hostess was very pleasant, and I’d recommend the place to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful that works for children and pets.

It could use a little renovation in places, but the location is great, close to the south beach and just steps from the main street. The hostess was so warm and kind that she alone earns the highest rating from me.

The hostess was kind and even switched one of our rooms when we realized the two we’d booked were on different floors. We had our dog with us and were made to feel welcome, and she saw us off warmly when we left. The location worked well, with the bus station 50 meters away, shops all around and the beach only a few minutes off. Getting there means walking through the forest down some pretty steep steps, though, which was hard for an older person in our group. That’s not the owners’ fault. Our room was decent, but the bathroom constantly smelled of sewage, and the water wasn’t drinkable and looked a little yellow. Across from the house there’s a rest stop where Ukrainian guests had poolside parties every night. It got noisy across the neighborhood, though things quieted down by about 9:30 pm.
