Kiril and the whole staff made us feel welcome, and their warm hospitality is what made the stay memorable. The hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the charming town of Koprivshtitsa, a beautiful hidden gem in Bulgaria, and for exploring the Central National Balcan Park. I'd happily return. We slept really well thanks to the comfortable rooms, especially the beds and pillows. They're well maintained, too. Having a restaurant on site was convenient, and breakfast was simple but had good-quality options to start the day.

The location is outstanding, near the entrance to the city. The food is made with fresh products, and you can tell how much hard work has gone into this place. What stood out most was how much the people here care about your well-being. An amazing hotel.
