Bay View Villas - Luxury Villas & Apartments

The internet is awful. It’s 2025, fix your damn internet. The listing says everything is free, but you end up paying extra for things. Towels and sheets are changed only once a week, and you have to pay more if you want a change. Parking is pretty bad too. I’d never come back.

The sea views are amazing, and you can go walking in the rolling hills behind the complex. It’s a quiet location, with transport from the complex or buses on the main road. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There are pretty gardens, a shop in summer, a pool bar with bar food, a gym, and a children’s play area.

The quiet was one of the best parts of our stay. The bay view was lovely, the air was fresh, and there’s a large main pool plus smaller pools around the area. It’s about 3 km from Sunny Beach, or roughly a seven-minute drive to the beach, so we could relax at night and still get there easily. Before booking, I had lots of questions about the area and the host answered them all, including information about Sunny Beach. We received photos of the apartment by email, and it was exactly as shown when we arrived. The furniture was all new and the building seemed high quality. There are lots of bungalow buildings with gardens. We had a fantastic family stay and would highly recommend it. A great place to unwind, 10 out of 10.

We had a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and the couch was comfortable. The apartments are okay. There’s a bit of an uphill walk to get there, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Getting around is harder, though, since you really need a car. We had ants on arrival because there was sugar in a cupboard. Luckily, the staff dealt with them. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first day, but they fixed it the next day. The pool water was very cold.
