The staff were attentive and always ready to help, and the breakfast was delicious. My room was clean and spacious, and the location put everything I needed close by. I had a very good stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

There's no breakfast, but a bakery sits on the corner beside the empty lake. The hotel is worn out and has that old Intourist style, though I liked it and the view was great. Kyustendil is quite nice too, with lots of modern cafes and friendly people. Everyone seemed calm and relaxed.

Check-in and checkout were easy and smooth, and the reception and cleaning staff were welcoming and great. The mattress was nice, though the rooms feel a bit dated and need renovation. Breakfast could use improvement too.

There was hardly any heat, breakfast wasn't included, and the bath clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The room badly needed renovation and modernization. Unless you want to travel back to deep communist times, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The view is awesome, and the room was clean and renovated. It's okay for an old three-star hotel, but the place feels very empty. There's no air conditioning in the room, just a small electric heater.
