The beach is only a short walk away, and parking was easy to find. There’s also room for kids to play, some entertainment, and a nicely sized pool. Our room was roomy and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel feels a little dated, but it was fine for what we paid. The shower didn’t work quite right, though we could still use it. Food had a decent range and tasted good; the drinks were okay, if nothing special. The receptionist who greeted us was especially friendly and polite. We had a pleasant, relaxing stay at this clean, good-value all-inclusive hotel.

The staff were welcoming and tried their best, and the beach is just a few steps away. The hotel has potential, but the state of upkeep made our stay hard to enjoy. It’s very dated, with worn furniture and facilities that badly need renovation. Our room, especially the bathroom, didn’t seem properly cleaned on arrival, and the shared areas needed more attention too. The air conditioners need urgent cleaning and maintenance. When we switched them on, bits of black dust were literally falling off. The food was basic, short on variety, and didn’t taste very fresh. The all-inclusive experience was a real letdown for us. With the poor maintenance and food, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements.

The beach is really close, which is the good part. The food isn’t what I’d expect at a four-star hotel, and the hygiene needs work. Restaurant tables were very sticky. Some days our room wasn’t cleaned and had no toilet paper. I asked three times for paper, then finally asked the receptionist to hand some over so I could put it in myself. There wasn’t even a Do Not Disturb sign. The managers should pay more attention to staff, who need to smile and make guests feel welcome instead of guilty for being there. I honestly expected more from this place.

The cuisine was great, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. The building itself needs a lot of attention, though. It could use fresh paint, new furniture, and plenty of repairs. The hotel’s boardwalk is coming apart. I asked for it to be fixed, but they replaced only half of the broken pieces. The elevators and bathrooms look extremely old.

The place feels old and broken, and the service was horrible for what the room cost. Our room smelled bad and the door hinges were broken. We paid for an ultra all-inclusive package, but it didn’t include coffee or cocktails. There was no seafood, and the food in general was nothing special, even bad. The hotel fitness center wasn’t working either. It looked good on paper, but the reality was disappointing.
