If you have a car, the location works well: the villas are outside the main holiday spots, so it’s quiet at night and there are no crowds, yet many nice places along the Bulgarian South Black Sea Coast are only 3-30 km away. Parking was free by the entrance and near the villa, and we had no trouble fitting our two cars. There’s also a nearby food and alcohol shop with a huge range of Bulgarian wine and spirits, plus whiskey, beer, and other supplies, though no fresh meat. The pool and sun loungers are free, and you can bring your own drinks. This is a self-catering villa with the appliances and services needed for a week or longer. We liked having a comfortable living room and an outdoor spot where we ate, had beers, and made cocktails. The rooms were clean and the beds generally comfortable. The hosts were polite and quick to help with check-in, check-out, and renting BBQ equipment; everything else was already provided.

The building isn’t new, but it’s in fair condition and very affordable. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is nice. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn’t need to stay right on the waterfront.

It’s peaceful here, about 1 km from Lozenets. There are no street lights along the way, so bring a flashlight. The pool was clean and nice, and there’s parking. The place wasn’t very clean but was okay, and some things need fixing: the window closers, doors, and bathroom walls soaked with water. Even the microwave didn’t turn. Small issues like that.

The rooms are nice and clean, and there’s a grocery store nearby. It’s a quiet spot in the middle of a field, with a nice pool and garden. The road leading there is easy to miss.
