Elegance Spa Hotel

We had such a good time here. The reception women were always kind and ready to help, and the maids kept our rooms clean. The rooms themselves were really nice, as was the hotel overall. The food was amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this place any time.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was great. The outdoor pool was too cold for us to make much use of, though we liked the steam and salt rooms in the spa. We ate dinner there on the first night: the salads were good, but the other food was very average, so we didn’t go back to eat. Our room, the one shown on the website with the red floor, was spacious and comfortable, with a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. The bathroom vent didn’t work, and there was a dirty toilet smell the whole time that we couldn’t get rid of. At night, we could hear the neighbor snoring.

The location was fine, and the clean pools weren’t too crowded. The hotel works well for a short break, though you’ll need to sort out transportation if you want to do activities. There are two parking areas: the main one is clean but small, while the second is quite large and nearby. The rooms were clean. When the bathroom ventilation was running, I could smell cigarette smoke. The restaurant serves reasonably tasty meals.

What put me off returning was the music. They played drunken Serbian chalga or gangsta rap most of the time, with lyrics that were, to put it mildly, not suitable for kids. That seemed odd for a hotel focused on family tourism. The food was fine, no complaints, and the mineral spring and pools are wonderful. Service was average. There was also a strange, almost funny water problem: yesterday there was no cold water, and this morning there was no hot water, despite the natural hot spring.
