The pools are nice, but the staff were horrible. We paid, arrived with excited kids ready for the pools, and were told to leave if we didn’t like it. Service was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. I don’t recommend this for a family trip. If you can’t tolerate rudeness, don’t go; they’ll ruin your mood and waste your money. I hope the owner sees this. There are other places nearby with better staff. The people make a place feel welcoming, not just the pools. If you want the business to keep thriving, change the rude staff, starting with the awful person at reception and continuing through the pool assistants.

The mineral water pool is a real draw. It gets busy on weekends, but having a reservation means that isn’t a problem. Definitely recommend!

There’s a big, cooler pool for swimming, plus a medium-sized warmer one that’s also good for swimming. Two hot jacuzzis are there for relaxing. The hotel pools are great, with nice music and food and drinks available. At the back, there’s a small artificial waterfall and another tiny pool.

The bath water wasn’t hot, and the bath faucet moved up and down. There was an unpleasant smell from the bath sink, and the Wi-Fi was slow. Staff don’t speak English, apart from a few who speak it very poorly. It’s hard to communicate if you don’t speak Bulgarian.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view overall, and the staff were very friendly. Still, I think the place is overpriced for what you get. The building smelled of cooked food, as if the ventilation wasn’t working properly. It also felt uncosy to enter the building through the car park.
