The views from the higher floors are great, and there’s a rooftop terrace that works well for parties. It’s a high-rise in central New Nesebar. The elevator needs a special chip, so guests can’t go up or down by themselves. Parking nearby is difficult, though that’s the case across the residential area, where the streets weren’t built for so many cars.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We were told there would be private parking, but when we arrived, we were left to find a space on the street. The room had moths and mildew, and the towels were ripped. There wasn’t any soap, shampoo, sugar, tea, or coffee.

For budget lodging, it’s more than acceptable, and the staff are friendly.
