The location is great, the rooms are huge and clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are very nice, especially the young woman at the front desk. The hotel feels a bit old-fashioned but is fine. Breakfast was really good, though the dining room gets too hot in summer and I wish they'd turn on the air conditioning there.

Petar, the hotel's masseur, deserves a special mention. He was skilled and professional, and his massage left us feeling completely relaxed. The staff as a whole were friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The facilities had everything we needed, and the clean, well-maintained open pool was a highlight for relaxing during the day. We had a fantastic stay at Melsa Coop Hotel in Nessebar and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Old city of Nessebar is within walking distance, and the hotel has an amazing pool and a garden full of beautiful flowers. The staff were very welcoming, and everything was clean and tidy. Good food, too. I had an excellent stay at Melsa COOP hotel.

The pool area is a nice option if you don't feel like heading to the beach, and there's a free beach just a three-minute walk downhill. We had full board, with buffet meals that made both the kids and adults happy. Breakfast had two espresso machines, which I much prefer to filter coffee. Our room was small but had a balcony. The place feels old-fashioned, but it was clean and well maintained. It was a little hard to spot from the bus at first because the entrance is on a small street behind the ramp.

It’s close to the beach and shopping streets, yet has a calm atmosphere away from the newly built, crowded hotels. The accommodation, leisure facilities, and food have the traditional quality I’ve come to expect. I’d recommend it if you want a proper vacation without having to worry about anything.
