The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean. There’s a discreet entrance, plus a restaurant on site.

The biggest problem was trying to sleep: parties with loud music carried on near the rooms until 2 a.m. The peacocks were another nightmare, screaming right outside the window. They’re kept in a small yard and have their wing feathers cut. When we opened our room door, there was a stale cigarette smell. The sheets were washed and starched, but quite torn, and the towels were clean yet worn. The shower was awful. The poorly furnished triple room wasn’t cheap enough to make up for it. The hostess took 100 leva without giving a receipt or registering us.

Our food took a long time to arrive, and some of it was cold. It was tasty, though, and our waitress Mimi was professional, which is why we rate the visit this way. We’ll come back. Thank you.

The salad was fresh, at least. For these prices, the portions should be much bigger, and the restaurant’s waitress is beyond criticism.
