Our room looked out over the yard and pool toward the mountain, which was fascinating to see. The place was extremely clean, something that mattered a lot during the COVID19 situation. Breakfast was very nice, with some traditional Bulgarian dishes.

We had a spacious, clean room that worked well for us and our baby. The hosts were helpful, and the restaurant served delicious local food. There’s a pleasant garden and spa too. A slightly bigger pool would have made the place perfect.

6/10
The room was large and the food was delicious, but the service left me disappointed, to say the least. The staff were friendly, but they weren't professional or punctual, and professionalism goes a long way.

There are lovely flowers and fresh grass around this quiet, pleasant place, and the rooms are clean. The people were helpful too. I’d have given it five stars, except the pool water isn’t mineral.

The garden is a nice spot to relax, and the people are lovely. We enjoyed the delicious food too. This was my second stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back. It’s a great choice for a family holiday.
