There was rubbish in the bathroom, and the sink was broken and glued back together. The room was filthy and unhygienic, with dirty walls, an old stained carpet, and a marked mattress. It looked nothing like the Booking.com description or photos and wasn't fit to stay in.

We had to leave the morning after checking in on February 15, 2026, and lost a whole week of our ski holiday because the conditions made proper rest impossible. The room didn't look like the one shown on the website when we booked (see the last image). Reception said the property was full and nothing could be done, which felt completely unprofessional. The bathroom was very dated and the shower didn't work. The bedding looked neglected, the bed arrangement was uncomfortable, and there was an unpleasant smell. On top of that, the fridge made noise all night. A couple of days after I posted this review and filed a formal complaint, management contacted us. They apologised and refunded the night we'd paid for, which I do acknowledge. Still, that can't return the holiday we lost. I hope they actually fix what went wrong so other guests don't end up in the same position.

Almost nowhere had working internet, and the location wasn't great either: you have to walk uphill for 15 minutes alongside all the cars. The hotel's spa claim amounts to a sauna that needs to be booked for an hour, which is absurd. The basement restaurant is small, with acceptable food but little variety. Inside, the rooms are dark and neglected, sometimes damaged, like the huge cigarette burn in the sofa and the toilet button that's come apart. The towels were ripped, and staff wouldn't replace them for five days. The building is very old, the walls are dirty, the elevator often breaks, and the whole place smells like a canteen. The staff were extremely rude. The tiny lobby, with just three tables, closes at 10 pm when they chase you out and switch off the lights. Then you're stuck sitting in your miserable room. I can't see how this place has three stars. I'd certainly never stay here again.
