What made our stay at Hotel Orpheus Pamporovo special was the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The kids club was a big highlight. The team kept the children happy, busy, and engaged throughout our stay, while giving parents real peace of mind and time to relax. The activities were fun and well organized, and it was clear the people running them love their work. We had a relaxing and memorable stay. We'd happily return, and highly recommend the hotel to families with children.

A very bad experience. The restaurant was hard to deal with too: it was difficult to find a clean plate among the dishes marked clean, and the tables, chairs, and couches were dirty. There was lots of food and a good variety, but I wasn't sure about its quality. The waitresses in the restaurant and lobby bar seemed unsuited to the job. A four-star hotel shouldn't have staff like that. The spa was awful, with too many chemicals and too much mold. I found it disgusting. I don't recommend this place.

Management keeps looking after the hotel and developing it every year, with new pools and a spa area. The restaurant service is very good, and the receptionists are friendly. There’s a cosy lobby with live music, a piano bar, and a casino, plus a playground for all ages. Highly recommended!

The rooms are nothing special, and for what the hotel costs, I don't think it's worth it. What really spoiled our holiday was the way we were treated. The waiters seemed very young and poorly trained, and one became aggressive instead of admitting he'd made a mistake with our order. The manager supposedly punished him, but that didn't undo the experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to people I know.

Miro, the manager, was especially kind and patient when he helped us sort out a particular call with Booking and explained everything to them. The staff were helpful in general, and we were very happy with our stay. The spa experience, including the pool and saunas, was really nice, and the service was top-notch. We had breakfast and dinner, with fresh food and plenty to choose from. A very good hotel.
