The bed was great and clean, and the host welcomed us and saw us off, though otherwise she was away. The place was nice and quiet, about a five-minute walk from the City center. We had two rooms with a living room and another with a small kitchen. Outside there’s a jacuzzi we didn’t try, a barbecue, two tables, and a sun lounger, plus a trampoline, little slides, and a swing for kids. The bathroom and kitchen seemed not to have been used in a while, and were dusty and not clean.

We’re the new owners of villa "Rai", and I wanted to reassure anyone considering a visit after seeing the photos and bad reviews from the gentleman about its poor conditions. The villa has nothing to do with the state it was in under the previous owners. You can come and enjoy your holiday in peace, without worrying that it’s still as it looked before.

The hosts are really cool, and the dining room, living area, hallway details, and slippers are all at a much higher level than the price. We were very satisfied with everything. The only small miss was that there was no toilet paper in our room on the first day.
