I was there for two nights during a festival. My standard, non-premium room was functional and had what I needed, and housekeeping was regular and good, changing the towels, tidying up and refilling the water bottle. Reception were kind and helpful. The restaurant was a standout for me. The food was very good, and I'd say the service was rarely good. Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked. I also tried the wellness center and had a good massage, in pleasant premises with a professional table and competent massage therapist. Parking was convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town, so it's not right in the center. Closer would be more comfortable for some things, like concerts in old town, though it would bring tradeoffs. I'd say the hotel's location is not bad at all.

A city view from a lovely room was a bonus. We’d booked a standard room, but the staff offered us a complimentary upgrade to a premium one when we arrived. The spa was included in the room price, and the customer service was outstanding. One of the best spa hotels we’ve visited lately.

Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, and great food made this a good business stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and the conference room had good air conditioning and was fully equipped with multimedia speakers.

The spa is clean and comfortable, and the staff even lit candles for us, which made us feel especially cared for. There’s also a shady garden with a fountain and on-site parking. Our spacious room was spotless and well kept. Breakfast had lots of fresh options, and the food was great. The hotel felt clean and accessible, and the staff paid attention to the details. Maybe the best hotel in Plovdiv.
