The staff were very friendly and professional, a real highlight. The location was nearly ideal and made getting around easy. The gym was good, but the sauna and steam rooms didn’t really heat up, even when they tried to turn them on. Breakfast had a good menu, though I’d have preferred an open buffet in the morning. Having to order set plates before seeing the food wasn’t enjoyable, especially when it might be something I wouldn’t choose. Fixing the breakfast service and spa facilities would make this a much better stay.

Dimitar was professional and helpful in communicating with us, and Margarita made breakfast special with her warm smile and attentive service. Thanks to them and all the people working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere, and the whole team’s kindness made our stay wonderful. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back.

Margarita greeted and served us so warmly that breakfast turned into a wonderful morning. The service throughout the hotel, especially in the restaurant, was friendly and polished, with real hospitality. The a la carte breakfast was delicious, top chef quality. We were surprised by this gem in the center of Plovdiv: beautiful atmosphere, an amazing room with a nice balcony, and thoughtful design down to the last detail. I’d give it six stars if I could.

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from local offices, shops, and the mosque. The gym and sauna were clean and well maintained, and although the gym is small, it has what you need for a quick workout. From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless room cleaning, the service was excellent and genuinely friendly. The staff made me feel cared for throughout my fantastic stay at Hotel Emporium in Plovdiv. A wonderful experience, highly recommended for a visit to Plovdiv!
