Apartments Helios

The apartment had a lovely view over the beach. There were no knives, and the TV was unavailable, possibly because they were repairing the cables.

It wasn't bad.

A parody. Don't waste your money, there are much better places for this price. Everything is extremely low level. They could at least speak Bulgarian properly. It sounds like newborns struggling to talk, and we're in Bulgaria. If I could, I'd give it a -1.

There was no support on site. The woman who was supposed to help wouldn't answer the phone when we needed her. The pool wasn't working, and although parking was advertised for a fee, they never found us a space. The rooms were large, with two bathrooms, a toilet, and three balconies, but the kitchenette was in poor shape. The fridge had no freezer, and I wouldn't use the kettle, dishwasher, or stove. Garbage wasn't taken out, the place wasn't cleaned daily, and supplies weren't replenished. It was dirty, so you'd be better off cleaning it yourself. The furniture was old and broken, including the beds, bedside tables, and doors, and the mattresses were terrible. Restaurant smells were there around the clock, while noise from the bar and both restaurants lasted until 3am. If someone stayed on a sunbed after a drink, you'd have a whole-night program. The location and view are great. You can leave the car and walk from this pleasant spot, where the pedestrian promenade into town begins, with small beaches along it. The main beach is clean and wide. There are long-established places to eat, including the restaurant at the Penelope hotel, which is gorgeous, Flora next to the complex, and Laguna right beside Flora.
