The apartment was quite worn, though the view was good and it was close to the beach. My main issue was the booking. I reserved “Victoria beach, Pomorie,” but then a man asked for my PIN and reservation number to check and confirm it. After asking me to pay in cash, they cancelled my reservation with Booking.com. That felt very unprofessional. I sent Booking.com a note and they are investigating. The listing on Booking.com says Victoria/Aglaya APARTMENT, but in reality you end up in the Dune hotel. I personally won't book those hotel again.

The owner and staff were incredibly arrogant, and seemed not to know what they were doing. They need to learn the hospitality business from the ground up. My advice is to stay away.

Everything was nice. It was a lovely place, very clean, with free parking, a beautiful view, and only 10 meters from the beach.
