The service was lovely and the people were nice. The hotel sits between the lake and sea, around a 10-minute walk from Saints Petar and Pavel Hotel, but I wouldn't recommend that route because there's no proper pedestrian area. The food tasted good, although breakfast could use more variety. Rooms were clean but neglected, and the hotel needs maintenance. When we were there, annoying flies that looked like mosquitoes were around, though they didn't bite. Their numbers had gone down by the day before we left.

Just a few steps from the beach, with a lovely pool and really tasty food. The reception staff, bartenders, and restaurant team were all kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Thanks for a fantastic stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

The private beach was small and felt dangerous, and the rooms were moldy and not cleaned. The toilet had been left dirty by the previous guests. Nothing seemed clean, and everything was old and unrenovated. We got some of our money back, and for the same price found a much better place in Sunny Beach. This hotel is maybe two stars at best. Awful place.

That sturdy old promenade between the sea and hotel really needs renovation. At the moment it looks ugly and brings the place down. The pool takes up the whole courtyard, so there's not much space. I guess you could dive in from a balcony if you wanted to :)

The pool was really nice, and the floaties were good. The view was poor, though, and the flies were awful. That's my review.
