Complex Praveshki Hanove

Our car broke down nearby, and the family running this lovely, clean, peaceful hotel came to our rescue. They drove us to and from the mechanic, helped us translate, let us stay in our room late, and made us feel at home. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!!!!

The power went out just after check-in, and the staff had no solution, so we had to leave without using the accommodation at all. Now they aren’t answering our calls about a reasonable refund. They seem to care very little about guests, like a place that’s about to go out of business. Better avoid.

I can’t say anything about the rooms, or even whether they have rooms, since we only went to the restaurant. The chicken and pork meals were very good. I wouldn’t recommend the fish.

The room was fairly large, and late check-in was possible. That’s where the good points ended. It’s easy to miss the hotel if you arrive late in the evening because the signs are poor. We’d booked for two adults and one child, but the room was set up for only two adults. A staff member quickly fetched an extra pillow and sheets from a hallway closet. Ten minutes after we checked in, the power went out and we were left in complete darkness. There was no English-speaking staff in the hotel, and we didn’t know what was happening with the outage, so we decided not to stay overnight. Given the unusual circumstances and the fact that we received no service, we asked the property for a refund. Since then, it’s been hard to reach them and communication has been poor.
