The staff and management were helpful, positive and really good. They regularly changed the towels and sheets, and the rooms were clean. We also enjoyed the food. The location is great, close to the south beach and the city centre. We'll definitely come back!

We were in the "Detelini" house, which has no elevator, so getting up to the 4th floor was the one real hassle. The big terrace and view made up for it, and the free parking was handy with a car. It's a stone's throw from the city centre and the southern beach, and for a two-star hotel, I recommend it. The rooms are cleaned daily, with towels and bed linen changed every 2 days. There's always hot water, whether you shower at 8 am or after 11 pm. The rooms were fine, with large comfortable beds, enough space, air conditioning and a nice bathroom. There were a few small things about the room, but we're by the sea for other reasons, not to do quality control. The hotel has a bistro for lunch and dinner, with snacks included in the overnight stay, plus homemade lemonade and elderberry syrup. The menu isn't very varied, though the taste makes up for that. We didn't eat fish once during the week, but you can buy it from the corner each evening and have some. The staff were friendly and quick. It wasn't completely quiet because of the tavern next door and its loud evening music, but it stopped after 11 pm.
