We had a great stay, and the room was lovely and clean. The housekeeping staff were amazing, while the bartenders and restaurant servers were pleasant and good at their jobs. Food was the weak point: some dishes weren't cooked well, the same things appeared most of the week, and there wasn't much choice. Salads came in only two or three varieties, and the simple desserts weren't tasty.

I especially appreciated how warmly the staff welcomed me and made me feel valued. The hotel's location also worked perfectly, with the beach and city attractions easy to reach. My room felt peaceful, had tasteful decor, and offered all the comforts of home. The care and personal service made this one of the best hotel stays I've had.

I'm on holiday here now, and the arrival has been a mess. We booked through booking.com and had emailed in advance to arrange paid underground parking. At check-in, they refused the spot, saying gas-powered vehicles aren't allowed underground. Reception initially confirmed we had all-inclusive after we asked them to double-check. Later we got a call to come downstairs, where our wristbands were taken off and the all-inclusive arrangement was ended. The official website showed a price mismatch too. When we offered to pay more, they wanted an amount equal to half our whole stay, even though the all-inclusive rate for our dates was lower. If you want more than the bare minimum from a summer holiday, this isn't the place.

There's a panoramic pool on the hotel roof, plus Wi-Fi and an underground garage with limited space, maximum 7 cars. The location is excellent and the staff are helpful.

The staff are great and there's an amazing range of food. The hotel says it's all-inclusive, though you still have to pay for some things.
